Delivery locations and shipping charges
Shipping within Hong Kong / Macau is a flat rate of HK$50. Orders over HK$800 are eligible for free shipping!
Shipping in China is a flat rate of HK$100. Orders over HK$1500 are eligible for free shipping!
For other locations shipping, there is a flat rate of HK$150. Orders over HK$3000 are eligible for free shipping!
After ordering, how can I confirm the order?
When placing your order, you have to enter your delivery details and contact details.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If there is any problems with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please contact us if you do not receive the order confirmation email. (Contact via messenger from 9th -11th for faster reply)
Can the product be used around the world?
The dual voltage design is 110-220V, which is convenient for use around the world.
Movos styler is accompanied by non-removable lithium batteries. Please check with your airline for the regulations on the carrying of lithium batteries and the control of destination entry.
Can I pick up my order at the counter?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will be delivered by courier to a designated address.
Are the products entitled with any warranty service?
Regular price styling tools are entitled with lifetime warranty service.
Mini styling tools and promotion items are entitled with 1 year warranty service.

When will the order be delivered？
Once your order has been received, it will be delivered to a designated address.
Hong Kong / Macau: 5 – 7 working days
China: 7 – 14 working days ( For those orders to be delivered to location outside Guangdong province or remote districts may take a relatively long time, the delivery time may take up to 14 working days.)
Other locations: 14 – 21 working days
Delivery time may vary due to regions of delivery, custom issues, logistic arrangements, weather and public holiday. The forwarders have no control over and will not be responsible for any delay.
When will the promotion end?
Promotion offer period depends on particular terms & conditions, products are available while stock lasts.
I have placed an order, can I add more products to my order / can I change the ordered product?
After completing your order and payment, we cannot add products or change the order.
How do I enjoy the warranty service? Do I need to register the warranty card?
For purchases online, your warranty will be activated automatically and will be sent to you by email.
For in-store purchases, you must fill in this form within 14 days from the purchase date to claim your warranty.
Can I change the delivery address / mobile phone number / contact person?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number , contact person, mobile phone number & delivery address within 1 working day, and we will try our best to help you depends on the special occasion. If it’s been more than 1 working day, we will not be able to make any changes. Any changes will affect the order delivery time.
Can I extend the 1 year warranty service?
We do not offer warranty extend service. We will offer a brand new product with valid warranty service. Please contact us at email@example.com for warranty service arrangement.
Can I repair the product?

Can I cancel my order? Can I do the refund?
Our online store products are non-refundable. In order to ensure the quality of our products, we will inspect them before delivery. If any problems are found with the product within 7 days of receiving your order, we are happy to exchange a brand new product for you, please email email@example.com for exchange arrangement. if your product is found to be defective, we also provide professional warranty service afterwards.
