Your product must register at amika website within 14 days start from the purchase date to enjoy warranty.
To redeem your warranty and receive a brand new replacement product, please provide the following:
1. The defective product in the original box (if you still have it);
2. Administration charge HK$198 (A cheque made out to “Beauty Express Ltd.” OR bank transfer and provide payment receipt)

3. A photocopy of your receipt, warranty card and VIP card (keep your originals);
4. Return address details (We cannot ship to PO boxes, so please provide us with a physical mailing address)
Please contact and inform us and send the defective product to our amika care center for replacement.
The replaced tools will be the same model with designated pattern. (Discontinued models will be replaced by designated existing model)
It will take around 7 business days to process your replacement. Please allow time for your return shipment to arrive.
amika reserves the right to change at any time without prior notice.
The amika hair tools can be replaced or repaired of the product if this product is found to be defective in material or workmanship.
To be eligible for return or repair, you must provide proof of purchase.
Please save your receipt as proof of date of purchase.
This warranty is valid only if the hair tools were purchased from an authorized retailer and registered.
This warranty does not apply in instances where the hair tools appear to have been abused or damaged.
The warranty does not apply to parts we deem are not defective.
The warranty does not apply to hair tools that appear to have been tampered with, altered or repaired, unless such alterations or repair were manufacturer.
