Unfortunately, we do not have any control over and will not be responsible for any delay.

If you purchased your hair tools through our official distributors or other promotional channels, you will get a 1-year warranty service.
Our warranty service is only applicable to hair tools purchased from amika Hong Kong, amika Macau, our authorized retailers and our official distribution channels.
Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
Warranty service is non-transferable with ownership and will be terminated immediately upon resales or any other change in ownership.
You are eligible to pursue a warranty claim under three conditions, as follows:
Defective hair tool will be replaced with the same model (Discontinued models will be replaced by a designated existing model). However, the tool design will be randomly assigned (subject to availability) and may not be the same as your original purchase.
All returned defective products, accessories and/or parts shall become the property of amika and non-returnable to customer.
amika will not issue any report in relation to the conditions and follow up details of the product.
