Warranty General Information
Our warranty service is only applicable to hair tools purchased from amika Hong Kong, amika Macau, our authorized retailers and our official distribution channels.
To be eligible to enjoy our warranty service, you must provide us with a proof of purchase at the time of warranty redemption. Please don’t forget to save your purchase receipt or order confirmation email. For in-store purchases, you are also required to register your hair tool within 14 days of your purchase date to activate your warranty.
While we’re happy to process warranty claims, the warranty does not cover the following:
1. Hair tool damage caused by abuse or misuse, such as dropping the item, plugging it into the incompatible of power outlet, switching to the wrong voltage, exposing the item to water, and not following package instructions.
2. Hair tools that have been tampered with or an attempted repair has been carried out.
3. Hair tools we deem are not defective.
4. Hair tools that have not been registered for warranty service.
