For purchases online, your warranty will be activated automatically and will be sent to you by email.
For in-store purchases, you must fill in this form within 14 days from the purchase date to claim your warranty.

Product registration

Your product must register within 14 days start from the purchase date to enjoy warranty.
To redeem your warranty and receive a brand new replacement product,
please provide the following:

The defective product in the original box (if you still have it).

A Check / Money Order made out to “Beauty Express Ltd.” for shipping and
handling (HK$ 198)

A photocopy of your receipt (keep your original receipt);

This completed Warranty Form filled out by you (we cannot ship to PO boxes, so please
provide us with a physical mailing address).

You can send the defective product or come to our amika care center for replacement
(reservation required only for thursday).

Amika reserves the right to change at any time without prior notice.

The amika hair tools can be replaced or repaired of the product if this product is found to be defective in material or workmanship.

To be eligible for return or repair, you must provide proof of purchase.

Please save your receipt as proof of date of purchase.

This warranty is valid only if the hair tools were purchased from an authorized retailer and registered.

This warranty does not apply in instances where the hair tools appear to have been abused or damaged.

The warranty does not apply to parts we deem are not defective.

The warranty does not apply to hair tools that appear to have been tampered with, altered or repaired, unless such alterations or repair were manufacturer.

你的產品必須在購買日起14日內完成登記以享受永久保養。

換取全新替換產品時，請提供︰

有問題產品及其原裝產品盒（如果仍有）；

寄運及處理費用（港幣198元，可用現金或抬頭為「Beauty Express Ltd.」的支票支付）；

收據副本（請保留收據正本）；

由閣下填寫完成的保養表格（由於貨件無法寄運到郵政信箱，所以請提供確切的郵遞地址）。

你可以將有問題產品寄到amika護理中心，或親臨本中心以替換全新產品(逢星期四,需要預約)。

本公司保留隨時更改或修訂其內容之權利，毋須另行通知。

在Amika頭髮工具購買後，如果發現其物料或手工有缺陷，可以更換或維修。

必須提供購買證明以更換或維修產品。請保留收據，以證明購買日期。

頭髮工具需從獲授權零售商購買，而且經已登記，方可享有保養服務。

以下情況不享有保養服務︰

頭髮工具出現被誤用或被毀壞的情況；

我們認為並非缺陷的地方；及

工具假如曾被非生產商人士改裝、更改或修補。
